At our facility in Marzabotto, just outside Bologna, we carry out high-quality plastics processing on 24 injection moulding lines. Our machine fleet includes horizontal presses from 80 to 280 tonnes, designed to ensure efficiency, precision and operational continuity, even for complex production runs.
Within the production site of ETI Srl, a company with over forty years of experience, there is also a technical workshop equipped with CNC machinery and 3D CAD/CAM systems for mould manufacturing, maintenance and repair. This allows us to intervene quickly and effectively while maintaining full control over the quality of every plastics processing operation carried out.
Quality control is an integral part of every process; each part undergoes measurements down to the hundredth of a millimetre to verify tolerances and consistency. As a company specialised in plastic moulding, we work every day to deliver high standards and reliable services.

Our machine fleet is organised to operate continuously, 24 hours a day, with mirrored backup lines that ensure reliability even in the event of breakdowns. Each moulding line is supported by robotic areas that also enable complex overmoulding on metal or other plastic materials.
Beside our plant we also have a well-stocked warehouse with optimised internal logistics, allowing us to manage both fast-turnaround orders and large-scale production runs, reducing lead times and increasing responsiveness.
